5012 A Large Mahogany Coaster
This is a rare large coater which will take a large magnum or double magnum decanter and is perfect for our ship's decanter (5010). It has an ogee moulded edge and a slipghtly raised gallery lip to hold the decanter.
Many antiques are easy for an expert to date to within a period of 5-10 years, but this coaster is difficult to date, as it falls outside the run of normally seen coasters. However, it is none the less practical for that!
