This is a fine Georgian decanter of broad 'Indian club' shape.  It has three plain neck rings and a slightly everted lip.  The stopper is a lozenge or inverted pear shape with bevelled edges.

The decanter holds a full bottle with ease and pours well.  There are no chips, cracks or cloudiness and it is very fit for purpose.
