6047 A Pretty Straight-Pull Corkscrew

This is a straightforward late 19th century corkscrew - no fuss, no frills, but it is in very good condition and is very fit for purose.

The handle appears to be turned ash-wood and is formed as two opposing balusters.  the shank and work are simple and complete while the worm has a good and full point.
