This is simply a very good plain Georgian decanter of the very early 19th century.  The body is undecorated, except for the three neck rings which are annulated (i.e. each ring is comprised of three smaller rings)

The decanter is clear and bright; there are no cracks or chips, although the widest part of the body has the usual light scratches.

The decnater holds a full bottle and is very fit for purpose.

Date: c.1810

Dimensions: 10.7", 27.7 cm. high incl. stopper
