9909 A Green 'Indian Club' Decanter

This a late 18th century (OK, it may just be 19th) decanter. It is a fine shade of green - a colour often reserved for spirit decanters - and this idea is reinforced by its being of half-bottle size.

The body is a plain 'Indian club' form and it is fitted with a bevelled pear-shaped stopper.

A decanter like this would be perfect for your brandy, or indeed, for dessert white wine.
